The FeverSCAN System is designed for temperature screening in public areas. It uses a highly accurate IR pyrometer to find individuals with higher body temperature. It also uses a visual camera to take the picture for future identifications. It consists of a miniature inbuilt PC which processes the data in realtime. Whenever a person walks in front of the camera head, Visual images along with face temperature are displayed on the 7” screen. In case, FeverSCAN detects any person with high body temperature than the normal temperature; a visual and audio alarm is generated and the picture along with the temperature is saved for further analysis. Based on the preliminary detection of fever, the detailed investigation can be done. The FeverSCAN can store up to 5000 pictures with temperature and all the data can be transferred to a USB drive with just one click.
