Dhopeshwar supplies Rendering Plants for different types of waste. This Rendering Plant converts your hatchery waste such as Day Old Chicks, Bird Mortality, Broken egg shells or any other waste arising out of egg hatching to be concerted into a 'Hatchery waste meal'.
This model comes in two capacities from 250 Kg & 500 Kg per batch of rendering. The Digestor of the Rendering plant is connected to a steam boiler which is be heated by diesel. The steam heats the waste inside to bring it to a temperature where it is sterilized and cooked. In this process it is also homogenized and ultimately vacuum dried before the 'Hatchery Waste Meal' is ready for discharge.
