the jiacom non-contact infrared thermometer is designed to take forehead temperature in adults, children and infants without contact. It can also measure surface and ambient temperatures. Temperature taking is fast, safe, simple, accurate and hygienic without the need of disturbing the patient. Simply hold the thermometer within 5-10 cm (2” to 3.9”) of the forehead and press the scan button. Results are available in fahrenheit or celsius and are displayed on the large lcd screen in just one second. Clinical accuracy for body temperature is within 0.2 degrees c (0.4 degrees f).
