Common Admission Test (CAT), is the most popular entrance examination of India for the field of Management and it is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). It is the most important entrance exam for the 2 years full time post-graduation management programmes (MBA/PGDM). CAT exam becomes the most important exam as the IIMs and the IITs accept only CAT scores for admissions and does not consider any other examination. Even 1000s of the top B-Schools accept only CAT scores for admission to management programmes. CAT examination is very famous for giving surprises to the students and even the mentors by changing its pattern, number of questions and timings for each section, on a regular basis.
