Copper: Annealed electrolytic copper conductor with diameter of 0.4mm & 0.5 mm as per IEC28 and ASTM B3.
Insulation: Conductor insulation is Solid HDPE insulation.
Cable Core: Two insulated conductors are twisted together to form a pair with uniform specific lay length .Cable is assembled by stranding of 5 Pairs, 10 pairs & 20pairs basic subunit.
Core wrapping: A non hygroscopic and dielectric polyester film is applied helically over the cable core.
Sheath: PVC / FRLS PVC / PE Sheath is extruded over the cable core.
Option of Water Blocking tape in place of Polyester & Yarns is also available.
Option of Aerial Fig-8, CAT - 3 cable upto 100 Pairs for Aerial applications is also available.
