C.I. Pressure Rolls for Corrugating Machines are used for High Speed Oblique / Vertical Type Bearing/Bush Mounted and Double Profile Corrugation Machines in Packaging Industries. The products manufactured according to Indian Standards Institution (IS-210) in various Dia & Length.Â
After making the castings we are doing stress relieving or natural seasoning to avoid its distortions and ovality. On going through the proper inspection and final approval from Quality Control Division it goes for final machining and proper grinding. And also Company is manufacturing Heat Resistance C.I. Pressure Rolls duly Pressure tested towards Boiler type Corrugation Machines which can bear the temperature upto 600° C by new & latest technology. Manufacturing range and material composition shown below.Â
