Cast Iron Diaphragm Valve

Cast Iron Diaphragm Valve is an Inside Screw Non-Rising Spindle that has a flexible diaphragm of the valve in the open position that completes the stream line passage formed, principally, by the body. In our Cast Iron Diaphragm Valve, closure is affected by depressing the diaphragm until contact is made with the weir. Further, compression of the resilient material makes the closer sure. The diaphragm completely isolates the body with its fluid passage from the bonnet and prevents damaging of the whole mechanism, because this isolation of the valve does not require a spindle gland. After long usage or to suit different services, it is necessary to change the diaphragm and this can be done simply and speedily, without disturbing the pipeline, merely by removing the bonnet. Flange of valves are faced and drilled in accordance with BS-10 table �D� or as per ISS. Cast Iron Diaphragm Valve, offered by us, is tested hydraulically before dispatch.
