Cast Iron Body Diaphragm Valve

The flexible diaphragm of the valve in the open position completes the stream line passage formed, principally, by the body. Closure is effected by depressing the diaphragm until contact is made with the weir. Further compression of the resilient material makes the closer sure. The diaphragm completely isolates the body with its fluid passage from the bonnet and prevent to damaging the mechanism, because this isolations of the valve does not require a spindle gland. After long usage or to suit different services, it should be necessary to change the diaphragm and this can be done simply and speedily, without disturbing the pipeline, merely by removing the bonnet.
Flange of valves are faced and drilled in accordance with BS - 10 table “D” or as per ISS.

Every RMco Valve is tested Hydraulically before despatch.
