• Allium Sativum (Garlic Extract) 75mg
• Boswellia Serrata (Shallaki Extract) 100mg
• Boerhaavia diffusa (Punarnava Extract) 100mg
• Zingiber Officinale (Sonth Extract) 100mg
• Commiphora mukul (Guggul Extract) 100mg
• Colour : Red oxide of Iron & Titanium dioxide

Indications
Useful in Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, skeletal muscle pain, Obesity, sluggish digestive system, swollen joints, fluid retention, repair of connective tissue and joint cartilage.
Usage : 1Tablet twice a day after meals or as directed by dietitian.
Precaution

• Along with Cart-fit, you can practice Yoga. Avoid contact with cool atmosphere; wear knee caps or other warm to covers joints. For backache, change your sitting posture (sit straight and not curved) and sleep on flat surface. Avoid junk food and take dose regularly for better results.
