Operating in this field for over a decade, we have gained the excellence in engineering conveyor idlers. We offer two types of belt conveyor idlers for bulk materials handling applications in core industrial sectors like cement, coal, mining, power, steel and other. Our conveyor belt idler range includes garland idler and troughing idler, designed with standard material, diameters and widths. The troughing idler is made using a tube, shaft, and bearing. These machined parts and bearings are then assembled and then painted either by ordinary pain or hot galvanized painting technique. The quality experts inspect all the aspects of manufacturing process to ensure the production of highest quality conveyor belt idlers, providing our clients with the benefits like:
