India is the leading producer followed by other countries like Guatemala, Tanzania and Sri Lanka. In India the main areas of cultivation are in the Malabar coast ;west coast of Southern India.

We source our Ginger from the West coast of Southern India. We utilize a method called Super-critical-fluid-extraction in which we use CO₂ gas as the agent to create the purest extract.
