One of the most important spices from the East and was a major ingredient in the Ayurvedic system of medicine from India. It was traded from India by the early Greeks, Romans and Arabs. India is the leading producer followed by other countries like Guatemala, Tanzania and Sri Lanka. In India the main areas of cultivation are in the Malabar coast ;west coast of Southern India.

We source our Ginger from the West coast of Southern India. We utilize a method called Super-critical-fluid-extraction in which we use CO₂ gas as the agent to create the purest extract.
