Dosage :

• Single agent therapy : 360 mg/m² I.V. on day 1 every 4 weeks
• Combination therapy with cyclophosphamide : Carboplatin : 300 mg/m² I.V. on day 1 every 4 weeks for six cycles.
• Cyclophosphamide : 600 mg/m2 I.V. on day 1 every 4 weeks for six cycle.

Dosage Adjustment :

• Renal Impairment : Required.
