Both partners have known each other from college days. At present Nitin looks after manufacturing and Milind looks after marketing. Shuffling their area of responsibilities every 5 years has given them both insight and experience in the overall business of the company. They began their production line with one lathe, hacksaw machine and one pillar drilling machine. They both believe that to deliver quality products and services in time one has to have a solid reliable support from machine and so they have always invested in branded machines for their machine shop.

The company has a very low labour turnover, due to the cordial and excellent internal personnel relations maintained in the company. Almost all people are rotated so they are capable of handling any job on the shop floor.
