    API 5L Carbon Steel Saw Pipes

    Submerged Arc Welded [SAW] Pipes

    Allied Pipelines India Carbon Steel SAW Pipe manufacturing facility consists of a JCO Press, Helical / Spiral Mills, number of Three Roll Plate Bending Machine, Inside & Outside welding lines, Heat Treatment Furnace and all necessary Testing Equipment to produce high quality pipes conforming to various International Standards. These facilities are capable of manufacturing pipes in various grades.

    The pipes are supplied according to appropriate standards as well as customer specifications in a large variety of steel grades and dimensions. Specific requirements on execution, tolerances, lengths, and mechanical & chemical properties are offered on request.

    • Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded [L-SAW] Pipes
    • Helical / Spiral Submerged Arc Welded [H-SAW] Pipes
    • Longitudinal with Circumferential Seam Submerged Arc Welded Pipes

      Pipes can be supplied as per Customer Specification also.

      Pipes up to 64” [1626 MM] can be manufactured with online or two step [offline]   welding system. Pipes above 64” [1626 MM] shall be manufactured with online   welding system.

      For size above 100” [2540 MM] 100% Manual Ultrasonic Testing of weld shall be   carried instead of Hydro Test.

      For size above 142” [3600 MM] 100% Manual Ultrasonic Testing of weld shall be   carried instead of Hydro Test.

      Mobile Plant can be set-up near the site for manufacturing of pipes.
