M Plus Parking Services Pvt Ltd requires all employees to present themselves in a professional manner, with regard to attire, personal hygiene and appearance. Parking manpower services is a main for overall parking of organization. We are providing a qualifying & experienced person to manage our parking. We have given specified training to our employees for their work, Greeting and Grooming.

Responsibility:

• Address all customer service issues that arise before, during and after and event
• Develop, implement, and oversee all parking policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service while maximizing space utilization and revenue
• Ensure monthly billable information is correct and processedthrough Finance
• Oversee hiring, training and development of all hourly staff
• Responds promptly to customer issues in the field, communicates them to Associate Director of Parking Operations and elevates issues as necessary
• Helps oversee the interviewing and hiring process for field staff including Parking Monitor I’s and Parking Monitor II’s
• Conducts quarterly Monitor Meetings to review policies and procedures and to gather suggestions and feedback from field staff
• Responsible for the collection of cash receipts from parking system.

Business Attire

M Plus Parking Services Pvt Ltd staff that maintains regular, in-person contact with customers will be required to wear appropriate business attire. Dress code is to be followed strictly. Employees must wear their uniforms at locations where uniforms are required. You are expected to look neat and presentable while on the job.

Grooming

• Clothing must be clean, pressed, in good condition and fit appropriately.
• Socks or hose must be worn with shoes
• Neat and well-groomed hair, sideburns, mustaches and beards
• Maintain personal cleanliness.

Appropriate Business Attire for employees-

• Manager – Shirt, Pant, Shoes with socks, ID card.
• Supervisor – Shirt, Pant, Shoes with socks, ID card.
• Valet Driver – Shirt, Pant, Shoes with socks, ID card, Whistle, Reflective jacket.
• Warden – Shirt, Pant, Shoes with socks, Cap, ID card, Whistle, Reflective jacket.
• Cashier – Shirt, Pant, Shoes with socks, Cap, ID card, Whistle. 

Prohibited

No employee shall be under the influence of or using alcoholic beverages including drinking such beverages during the work hours. Any employee arriving to work under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance will not be permitted to work.

Training

• For joining to our company, we are proving 3 days of training and also every day our supervisor and managers take a training session before starting the duties. On site & on job training - by Training Manager
• Proper registers must be maintained for easy tracking and record keeping.
• The supervisors Must provide a summary of the job completed in a single day.
