Capsule Inspection Machine

The machine is designed to inspect and polish capsules after powder filling operation prior to packing.
Filled capsules travel from the hopper to the vibrating tray and pass in a zigzag way through the inspection belt, which is provided with light arrangement for visual inspection of damaged capsules prior to polishing. The S.S. Strips provided on the inspection belt rotate the capsules. This helps the operator to inspect and sort out the damaged capsules.
The capsules then pass through the spiral brush, which removes the powder from the capsule surface. The loose powder is sucked by the vacuum blower to be collected in the powder collection chamber.
It has an output of 35,000 to 40,000 capsules per hour depending on the quality of capsules, characteristics of the filling material and ambient temperature condition.
