Indications :

• Clinical tuberculosis 
• Mdr tuberculosis 

Dosage :

• Adult : 1g per day (max, 20 mg kg / day) for 60 to 120 days, followed by 1 g iv or im, 2 or 3 times weekly
• Pediatric dose : 15 to 30 mg kg (up to 1 g) im or iv 5 to 7 days per week, in 1 or 2 divided doses
• Renally impaired patients : dosage should be based on the patient's creatinine clearance
