These Capacitive Switch Panels are operated by just touching them with our fingers. As the Capacitive Switch Technology used is based on a solid state circuit, the life of these switches is virtually infinite and will last the life time of the product in which they are used. Capacitive touch switches can be offered on any di-electric panel like Plastic, Glass, Wood, Granite Tiles, etc. The Capacitive touch circuit can be embedded in the di-electric material itself so that the Capacitive switches remain unaffected by harsh environments. The switches can be offered as Momentary or in Latching mode. (Toggle).

Technology :

The Capacitive Switch Technology is based on Charge Detector (CD) Technology. When any user touches the key / switch / sensor area the capacitive charge from the user’s body is detected by a the Capacitive Switch circuit, and the signal is passed on to the system. The solid state nature of the circuit makes the life of such a switch virtually infinite.

These Keyboard Panels are used in various type of Electronic applications, especially in harsh environments and areas of critical operations. SOLAR BIOTRONICS LABORATORIES PRIVATE LITMITED is a professionally managed company headed by two Directors and a dedicated staff of 30 professionals. SBL Engineers develop Keyboards as per Customers’ requirements and specifications by using sophisticated designing softwares like Allegro, PADs and CorelDraw. We have developed our own techniques and methods for the assembly of Keyboards to achieve a very high standard of quality. The Keyboards are tested on Microprocessor and PC based testing equipment which can simulate the end users requirements.
Over the past two decades, SOLAR BIOTRONICS LABORATORIES PRIVATE LITMITED has successfully developed and supplied more than 400,000 keyboards comprising of over 3 million individual switches.
