HC Cap Sorting Elevators :
The Cap/bottle caps Sorting Elevator is our most common and economical Sorting System capable handling a wide variety of flat caps up to 110mm. Correctly positioned caps are carried up the universal.

HC Cap Sorting Elevator can also be upgraded to handle caps larger than 110mm.

4) Knob adjustments of cap delivery system up to 110mm caps
5) Inclination range from 0 to 20 degree

8) Speed controlled by Delta Make VFD
9) Also available for oversized, large caps

• Feed Rate : Several versions for up to 1000 caps per minute
(depending on cap size)
• Capacity : 8000 to 10000 caps

• Discharge height as per request.

• Continuous running

• Belt: Modular Belt or PVC belt.

• Clear covers on hopper and conveyor.

• Options available for electrical control.

• Exit on right or left side.

• Option for easy cap size change
