Canesten Canesten Vaginal Tablets are used to treat recurrent candidiasis (yeast infections). Canesten's anti-mycotic and fungicidal properties are able to relieve the itching and discomfort associated with candidiasis. It is not usually recommended for use during the first 3 months of pregnancy. However, talk to your physician about the proper use and dosage of Canesten during pregnancy.
