Tantrums specialize in cheesecakes. But it’s not just the flavor that we are boasting about which is of course, unique. For example, a Cherry Cheesecake or a Peach Cheesecake is just out of the blue. But it is more than that. All but the New York Cheesecake are eggless and flourless. So now vegetarians out there, who restrict eggs from their diet, or the gluten conscious for that matter, can also sample what the current craze in India is. But for you non vegetarians out there who think they might get turned off by such a cake, it gets even better. Since there’s no egg or flour, it compensates by being even creamier and richer than regular and hence more delicious. The New York Cheesecake though has a sophistication all of its own. Yes, it contains egg and flour, but wow, it is a must try since it is a blend of different cheeses. For the chocolate lovers, the Chocolate Fudge Cake and the Chocolate Cream Cake are just a class apart. The ‘apart’ being that the former contains NO flour and the latter contains NO egg. So there’s something for everybody at Tantrums.
