CAAPEMS-91/91O Continous Ambient Air Pollution Monitoring System

Introduction:
The CAAPEMS-91 is designed for Continuous Monitoring of Environment parameters such as Particulate Matters, Gases, Odor, Temperature, Humidity and Atmospheric Pressure in the air. The system has a facility to incorporate Meteorological parameter measurements.
Application:
The system provides an immediate measurement of the concentration of Odor, Gases & Dust present in a specific location, both urban and industrial, for evaluating the environmental safety degree in a working area like Wastewater Treatment Plants, Composting, Solid Waste Management, Agrofood, Chemical & Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Industrial Livestock, and Mining. It can also be used on moving vehicles such as mobile laboratories, trains etc.
Features:

• The system is designed for Continuous Monitoring Application to be installed open to sky at the prescribed monitoring location.
• Water & Dust Proof IP66 level protected enclosure.
• The Microprocessor & Logic Controller based technology helps the system to perform accurately & efficiently.
• The gas sensing technology is linear; hence need only two-point calibration which is calibrated by sensor manufacturers in laboratories under controlled concentration and ambient conditions. The final readings displayed are calculated after temperature compensation calculation formula.
• The methodology used for Real Time Odor, Gases & Dust Concentrations measurement in the air are Gas Sensing Electrochemical Sensor, Semiconductor Sensor, Thermal Conductivity Sensor, Zirconium Dioxide Sensor, Catalytic Combustion Sensor etc
• An instantaneous reading of the level of pollutants is displayed at the location of system installed (Optional feature). 
• Laser scattering allows immediate and continuous measurement of fine particle present in the air both with respect to their number, their dimensions and their concentration in μg/m3. 
• Meets the measurement requirement of EN 481. 
• It offers a facility for interfacing to an IoT based Real Time & Date Acquisition, Monitoring and FTP interface protocol to transfer RTD data to PRIMA centralized station data Network via Ethernet / 3G, 4G (GSM/GPRS) Interface.
