• Frame : Fabricated from Rolled steel plates with suitable cross ribbing. Special framing is done on up to 30T with C.I. legs.
• Clutch : The clutches of pin/rolling key-type with rigid construction to give continuous strokes for mass production.
• Crank Shaft : Made of special alloy steel with fitted bronze bushes for smooth working, longer life & accuracy.
• Flywheel : Made of high grade cast iron to ensure properly balanced smooth running. Accurate in size widely used for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operations
• Gears :Made of steel cast. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbling machine
• Table & Ram : Made using finest quality PF high grade heavy duty cast iron. Perfectly aligned, to each other to obtain precision press operation & high accuracy
• Lubrication : Highly efficient shot lubrication system for lubricating the sliding surfaces and moving parts. The lubricant is applied by hand pump.
• Inclining : Inclinable type presses are equipped with inclining mechanism, which can be easily det and locked in Mechanism Position by spanners within minutes. Designed efficiently to withstand even in maximum inclined position under heavy pressing load
