Butyl reclaim rubber is recycled product of butyl tube scrap. Butyl reclaim rubber is produced from butyl tube scrap by recycling process (De-vulcanization). In recycling, butyl tube scrap is heated to very high temperature and pressure in presence of reclaiming agent which devulcanizes the rubber. Subsequently raw material processed thorough number of refining and straining stage and get converted into final product.
