They are Food Safety Management System ISO 22000 – 2005 certified. This ISO 22000 certification is a new certification scheme which covers ISO 9001 (Management system certification) requirements and Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP - a systematic preventive approach to food safety (Hazards) certification requirements). We have Salted and Unsalted butter – Salted butter is normally used in cooking because we use small amount of salt for seasoning. So it is called salted butter or cooking butter. Salted butter has longer shelf life than unsalted butter. Unsalted butter is commonly used in baking products because we have to add salt for taste as you go as it is not easy to determine whether right amount of salt was added in raw cake batter.
Our unsalted butter products are used for making breads, biscuits, cookies, candies, chocolates etc. and useful for all bakery productions. Salted butter can be used for cooking purpose. Important Note : Butter has to be kept in deep refrigeration to get longer shelf life. Keeping in -18 degree is good to go for upto 6 months.
