“CEMACH” Elevating type De-burring & De-dusting Machine has three main function: De-dusting of tablets, cleaning of tablets through compressed air and movement of tablets upward. The machine can be equipped with Tablet Press, not only for fine De-dusting of tablets, but also for upward movement of the tablets with auto removing dust.

FEATURES

This works on the principle of vibration, which causes elevating type movement of the Tablets.
All Contact Parts are made of highly mirror polished S.S.316.
All seals in powder contact are supplied in food grade nontoxic white rubber or white silicon rubber.
The stand is made from stainless steel whose height is adjustable for charging height (discharge from tableting machine) from 700 to 850 mm..
