Burma Teak Wood

It has a very good fiber structure and a good oil content in the wood which gives it a pleasant look and no odor. The cut Burma teak log contains moisture of around 45-55% The typical mean circumference of the teak log is between 75 cm – 240 cm and diameter of upto 120 cm. The usual length is around 300 cm – 900 cm depending on the age and growth rate of the Burma teak timber. Sawing yield is up to 95% whilst milling as around 5% is wastage which can be further used for plain wooden beading The Burma teak timber grows tall and has straight lines with good natural grains.
