PUMPING ARRANGEMENT:
�PAINTINGS AND REFRACTORY: To minimize radiation units are protected with Boiler heatproof paint inside and outside. Painted in attractive colors.� Return chamber are caste with special heat resistive refectory of ACC super crate cement which minimizes radiation� losses.

LADDER PLATFORM & COVER : Main boiler is mounted on strong and study
chair, Ladder and platform are provided for easy accesses to valves & mounting on
boiler.� Our unique constructions helps fast installation at site, needs negligible
foundation.� Required number of mud holes and a large size elliptical manhole is also
provided for easy cleaning operation.

DRAUGHT FAN: One No. ID FAN of suitable capacity Mounted on a base frame along� with Pulley, V Belt coupled with suitable motor shall be supplied alongwith the Boiler, Designed for 1440 RPM.

One No. FD Fan of suitable capacity directly Coupled with suitable motor shall be
supplied alongwith the Boiler.

CONTROL PANEL : One No. Electrical control panel with contactors, switches, starters, HRC fuses, relays, terminals, along with push button switch, pilot lamps, Rotary ON/OFF switch etc, for convenient operation.

WATER LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM :One Water level control system (Mobrey control) side to side entry to regulate high/low water level controls to the boiler
CONSTRUCTION:
The Boiler offered as above, will be designed and manufactured by us as per INDIAN BOILER REGULATIONS -1950 ISOR - 831 with latest amendments. Strict quality control is maintained throughout the construction of the Boiler. A complete set of drawings and documents certified by the Inspecting authority of the State of its origin will be furnished by us within three to� four� weeks from the date of dispatch of the boiler.

The Company was incorporated in the year 1953 by our late founder Shri Dinesh Chandra Saha. It all started with a very small capital and a very few workmen. By the able guidance of our founder the company grew and prospered to become one of the leading business firm in India.
The Company started with manufacturing various machineries suitable for manufacturing Plywood, Flush Door, Block Board, Particle Board, Laminate etc. and supplying the same to all over India and Abroad. Now B. S. Engineering Corporation is one of the pioneer Company which supply machineries on a turnkey basis and has a reputation for good quality and reliable machineries in the above fields.
After few years of its incorporation the company started manufacturing mattresses out of coconut coir fibres. This unit is a total automatic plant and our company was the first who manufactured these machines in India, which were earlier being imported from Germany. The Company has supplied these machines which has a better technical advantage suitable for Indian conditions to many reputed firms in India viz. Rilaxon, Yo-Yo coir Foams (P) Ltd., A.M.Coirs Ltd., Century Fibre Foams etc....on a turnkey basis.
Recently the Company has started manufacturing machineries suitable for manufacturing Bamboo Based Products and also supplied this machineries to different states viz. Meghalaya, Mizoram, Kerala and Orissa.
Apart from the above main products the Company also undertakes structural fabrication jobs for construction of Industrial Sheds, Warehouse, Flood Light Tower, Communication Tower etc. The Flood Light Towers of Mohan Bagan Atheletic Ground was fabricated by our Company. Also the various State Bus Depot Flood Light Tower in Kolkata is manufactured and erected by our Company. Recently the company is doing the fabrication jobs for Communication Towers of Reliance Infocomm, Bharati Telecom Ltd. (Airtel).
In all these years the company has also handled various small projects involving machineries of Bread & Biscuits Industry, Tea Industry, Fabric Industry etc.
Resources & Facilities
The Company is having 2 Units, one is Head Office & Factory No.1 situated at North Kolkata another is main production unit Factory No.2 situated at Near Kolkata Airport Gate No. 3. There is one factory shed and one office building at Factory No. 1 and One Structural Shed, One Machanical Shed, One Heavy Shed and office building at Factory No. 2. The total factory shed area is 55000 sq. ft. The Company has got well equipped machine shop consisting of Machine Lathe upto 20' length, Shapping Machine, Milling machine, Radial Drill, Grinding, Planning, Straightening Machine etc. It has also got specialised machines such as Horizontal Drill which can drill upto 8' length in the horizontal axis. The company has got in house casting shop and Hard Chromium unit. Constant inovation and design are done to ensure that the products of the comapany are of the latest technology. Computer analysis using F.E.a. Software is done and drawings developed in AUTOCAD to ensure optimum usage of power and longer service life for the machines
