Breather Valves

The design of Breather Valves, also known as Pressure Relief Valves, effectively prevents pressure and vacuum buildup in sealed container, thereby protecting the tank against rupturing or imploding. Customers can obtain these valves in different sizes and specification as their nature of business demands.

Specifications :

• Sizes : 50, 80, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 500 mm
• Setting : All size, minimum press. Mm wg 25, max. Press mm wg 350, 100, max. Vac. Mm wg 25, max. Vac. Mm wg 200, 40
• Body material : Cast aluminum alloy C.I. or other materials to suit application on request Pallet  
• Seal : Anodize aluminum is standard. S.S. 304 or 316 (optional)
• Leakage : Breather valve comes with resilient seating having a maximum leakage of 45 NLPH at 90% set pressure. Metal to metal seats will have a higher leakage rate.
