Brass Electroplating

It is a single additive process which has excellent throwing power. This is the ultimate cyanide brass plating product which plates twice as fast as any other cyanide brass process. It produces a lustrous, highly desirable yellow-green,7030 brass color. When flashed over nickel plating, it produces a super bright brass finish. Its plating is done at a low temperature of 105° F. It is an alkaline, chromate-based passivated solution for brass, bronze, copper and silver. This product utilizes Electrosolve for anode corrosion to retard the growth of carbonates. In barrel brass lines when Electrosolve is utilized using 7030 brass anodes it will eliminate the need for addition of copper and zinc cyanide. This product works well on solid wrought brass alloys and copper.
