Professional engineering expertise combined with competitive but skilled Indian labor and with a wide array of CNC machines and power presses ensure adherence to high quality standards. This has helped us to capture the high quality conscious markets like USA, Canada, UK, France, Australia Scandinavia etc.
The in-house foundry and innovative concept of one-piece die casting / machining gives the company a distinct competitive edge over the rivals. Strict quality checks are carried out at different stages of manufacturing and only that material which passes stringent norms finds its way into the market.
We also have our extrusion mill which helps us procure raw materials at a cheaper rate. Equipped with our own spectrograph, the extrusion mills also allows us to have greater control over raw material composition and hence product quality. We employ over 120 people in our factory and mill and only deal with bulk quantity orders.
