The high power fryer has a minimum 28 liter and maximum 32 liter shortening capacity. Frying area is 14 inch x 17 inch ( 350 mm x 420 mm ). With 18 kw input, you can fry up 80 lbs ( 36 kg ) of french frieshr from frozen to done.

High power durable heating element: element can be flipped up for easy cleaning of fry pot. Power is cut off instantly when heating element is flipped up.

Deep cold zone design reduces wasteful oil deterioration by trapping crumbs under the cooking area.
Hi limit safety device: manual reset.
Latch lock ball-type drain valve: no more accidental scalding. Oil drain height: 350mm .
