The Scratcho-N-Centralizer is a NeOz patent* centralizer designed By NeOz which is a single piece construction bow spring centralizer with the ability of an inbuilt scratch end ring, able to rotate on its axis which effectively cleans the bore hole walls by having clockwise and anticlockwise rotation and prepares these Walls for the ensuing cementing operation and at the same time permit the turbulent flow of cement up a known annular space at a minimum of pressure as well as providing a best centralization for a casing string.
