Automatic Four Head Rotary Bottle Screw Capping Machine is suitable for Round or other shape of Glass/Plastic/PET/HDPE or LDPE Bottles with maximum speed of 200 Bottles per minute depending on Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Shape and Cap Size.

The Machine is equipped with Orinetation type Cap Feeder or Vibratory type Bowl Feeder depending on cap shape and size for continues feeding of Cap for online operation on any liquid of powder filling line. Machine suitable for various sizes of Bottles and ROPP Cap with the help of change parts.

Having been Initially trained under most critical and Eagle like sharp eyes and future vision of the Pioneer of indigenous manufacture of Pharmaceutical Machinery in India right from mid-eighties at the age of 19 years, I was showered with the principles and basic designing of Labelling and Other machines for optimum results, guided me thoroughly and thus resulting in Customer satisfaction.
I had been responsible for supervising manufacture of then several kinds of Labelling Machines, Powder filling & Rubber Bunging and Cap-sealing machines and parts thereof. first Semi Automatic (Wet-Glue) Labelling Machine, BS-40, Automatic Wet-Glue and Later in mid nineties, India's first indigenous Automatic and Semi Automatic Sticker Labelling Machines and many varieties thereof.
Now, since years have lapsed, I have made up my mind to concentrate more and more to the manufacturing activities
