BOSS Induction Hardening Machine

These systems are used for surface and through hardening. The hearts of these systems are our Induction Power Supply. The advantage of Induction Heating is that it can be directed to specific areas of the component with great accuracy. The degree of hardness of component is controlled by varying the power applied, Frequency, Geometry of Inductor, cooling time etc.
Induction hardening system can be static or progressive. In static Induction hardening system operation is carryout without moving the component Inductor. This system delivered accuracy heating even in odd shaped component.
In scanning or progressive heat treatment heat is apply the component by either moving the component or Inductor.
