Borozee - XL All Glass Double Distiller With 2 Level Built-In Safety Control 2 To 5 LPH

The Borozee – XL Distillation unit, with a two stage distillation, gives high quality Distilled water with an output of 2.0 to 5 liters/hour, consuming a power input of 2 X 1750 Watts to 2 X 4000 watts. The Efficient Borosilicate Condenser & Boiler is fitted with a removable Quartz heater and screw thread connectors. We undertake bulk orders with an assurance of prompt delivery.

BUILT-IN 2 LEVEL SAFETY:

1)Pressure Temperature Switch (PTS) is provided for safety of the boiler. The unit switches off when water level in the boiler falls below the heater.

2)Flow Switch is provided for safety of the condenser. The unit switches off when water supply to condenser is interrupted.

• The quartz sheathed removable heater helps in easy cleaning of the boiler. The scaling formed can be cleaned easily.
• The distilled water is cool, around 25 - 45^_oC ensured by an efficient Borosilicate Condenser.
• All joints in the unit are made via Screw thread connectors with silicon rubber ‘O’ ring, which helps in easy installation and avoids the danger of glassware breakage during assembly.
• The stand is powder coated for rust free operation and lustrous appearance.
• Drain nozzle is provided for easy cleaning and maintenance.
• Fuse is provided for safety in case of voltage fluctuations and short circuit.
• Borozee : XL model has an additional Pressure Temperature Switch (PTS) for safety of the boiler.
• The unit switches off if water level in the boiler falls below the heater.
