BOPP Labels

BOPP wrap on labels comes with its own specific challenges. Pearlised BOPP wrap around labels are surface printed. Ink scuffing, light fastness, print repeat accuracy and static charge are major problems that can cause BOPP labeller break down or rejections at various stages. All labellers require Roll-fed OPP wrap around labels of flow wrap film for trials, for which conventionally a rotogravure printing manufacturer is required to make cylinders.
