Finding application in spherodized annealing of alloy steel bars, bell type bogie hearth furnace offered can work with maximum temperatures of 850oc and have working capacity of 10 tons to 20 tons. Providing consistent support to processes like hardening, stress relieving, annealing, normalizing, tempering and others, the system can handle steel metal of different grades that are available in form of fabricated components, forgings, castings and in other finishes. Its features include available for any charge weights, option of precise setting of operating temperature, available in single double bogie option, support provided of motorized rack and pinion drive system, come with effective sealing arrangement, support of high velocity burners and others.
