The ZM305-BMI steel deck weighbridge’s outstanding design incorporates the most advanced engineering and production technology. The scale is designed for higher axle loads than most trucks on road. Heavy-duty, Epoxy painted guide rails are bolted in place to provide a strong, attractive barrier against accidental drive-offs.
Mild steel, fully welded sandwich design provides maximum strength while sealing the structure from the elements responsible for reducing the life of the deck. Chequered platform plates are used for improved anti-skid performance. The low height of the deck saves the cost of ramps which are required for surface mounted weighbridges.

Load CellsStainless steel construction, hermetic sealing, IP69K rating and surge arrestors make our load cells suited for most harsh environments. The OIML C5/6 approval ensures accurate measurements.
With its stainless steel housing and IP69K enclosure, The ZM 305 indicator is perfect for all weather conditions. An illuminated IBN display provides the best view in bright - as well as very dimly lit environments. With its RS232, USB, TCP and Fieldbus interfaces, the ZM 305 can be integrated with any industrial system.
