Application: To formulate and thoroughly mix the primary slurry, before adding it to the slurry pot.

The quality & consistency of the primary slurry decides the quality of the castings produced. Hence,

this is essential equipment in shell room of any IC foundry.

Specifications and Salient Features:

• MOC : All wetted parts are SS, other structures in heavy MS sheet metal,

for increased rigidity & long life.

• Feed : SS hatch of Dia 250mm with lid. For loading Zr flour, aqueous

binder, Wetting & Anti-foaming agents.

• Slurry drain : Pneumatic slurry transfer system is provided also, 1½” PVC plug is

given for sample extraction and washing.

• Slurry Transfer: A pneumatic slurry transfer system is provided for easy operation.

• Mounting : The rotating SS vessel is provided with cast steel shafts, precision

machined & aligned, mounted on sturdy double ball bearings in

bearing housings. This is designed for continuous trouble free

operation.

• Drive : 415 VAC, 50 Hz, 3 phase, reduction geared motor of reputed make,

coupled with a chain & sprocket arrangement with appropriate safety

cover.
