Blue Green Algae

The Blue Green Algae developed by the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusa, New Delhi, for treatment purposes:

1. It works in both low and high moisture conditions in the soil, making it beneficial for all crops.
2. It enhances the availability of phosphorus in the soil.
3. It reduces the soil pH (acidity).
4. It increases organic carbon content in the soil by 20-32%.
5. Its application saves 20-30 kilograms of nitrogen per hectare.
6. It makes calcium readily available to plants, improving their usability.
7. Its usage serves as a reusable source to provide affordable nourishment to plants with iron, zinc, manganese, and copper elements.
8. It is a natural substance that improves soil health and increases water-holding capacity.
9. By using 750 grams per acre of Blue Green Algae, it spreads automatically in the soil and in a crop cycle, it weighs around 6 inches in the top layer of the soil.
