Contact SupplierOur Blow Moulding Extruder uses a rotating screw to force the molten plastic through a die head that forms the parison around a blow pin. The parison is extruded vertically between the two open mold halves, so they can close on the parison and blow pin. Blow Moulding Extruder allows the pressurized air to flow in through the blow pin to inflate the parison. Our Blow Moulding Extruder is the most common type of blow molding machine and is used to manufacture large quantities of relatively simple parts. The Blow Moulding Extruder, offered by us, begins with the extrusion blow molding process with the conventional extrusion of a parison or tube, using a die similar to that used for making plastic pipe. The parison is commonly extruded downward between the two halves of an open blow mold. When the parison reaches the proper length, the mold closes, catching and holding the neck end open and pinching the bottom end closed. A rod like blow pin is inserted into the Blow Moulding Extruder neck end of the hot parison to the threaded opening and to inflate the parison inside the mold cavity. After the botte cools, the mold opens to eject the bottle. The excess plastic in Blow Moulding Extruder is trimmed from the neck and bottom pinch-off areas. Why Our Blow Moulding Extruder?
