A prominent single estate first flush tea, it is a diligently crafted blend. Tea bushes at high altitude Okayti tea estate remain dormant for most of the winter. It is only at the advent of spring they shoot the first flush that is succulent and fresh. The first harvest of the season makes the most adored and mouthful cup that brims with mellow charismatic floral notes with a refreshingly sweet undertone. The dry leaves appear in a soothing greenish hue with an ample amount of beautifully rolled two leaves and a bud. Very low on astringency,  it is a medium-bodied cup that takes the palate on a wonderful journey through fresh spring.
