Bleaching Earth

Bleaching Earth has been widely used as a refining agent for various animal and vegetable fats and oils, fatty acids, lubricating oils and waxes. Bleaching earth is obtained by treating high quality 'montomorillonite' clay from our own selective mines. while production special care is taken in maintaining the important properties like absorbing capacity,acidic properties,catalytic properties, ion exchange capacity and particle size distribution.

Bleaching Earth finds use in following feilds;

Refining Vegetable oils like:

Cottonseed, Soyabean, Sunflower, Rapeseed, Mustard, Peanut, Coconut, Corn, Olive, ricebran, Palm, Palm-kernel, Linseed, castor, Jajoba and canola Oils.

Refining hydrogenated: Vanaspati ghee oils, Margarine and shortening.

Refining of Animal fats: Tallow Oil, fish oil, lard oil

Refining Of Mineral Oils: Paraffins and Waxes, Insulating oil, Rolling Oil, White oil, Waste Oil (Lubricating oil),Industrial Triglycerides and fatt acids used for paints, Varnishes and soaps.

Other applications: Solvents (for Dry cleaning), Bleaching of sulphur, Effuent treatment plants.
