This is a highly Alkaline salt for a hot immersion process which produces attractive black oxide corrosion resistant coating on steel surfaces which protects the components from rusting. It is a low-cost way to enhance sales appeal and corrosion resistance. No prior experience needed. Operators learn the system quickly with support from factory trained personnel. Castings, forgings even powered metal can be blackened easily with no red-brown coatings or white salt leaching problem.
