Black Pepper is one of the oldest and widely used spices in the world and as such needs no introduction. It is native to India and has been in use in India since antiquity both as a flavouring agent and also as a medicine. India is the world's second largest producer of Black Pepper (following Vietnam) contributing to 20% of the the global production.

We source our Black Pepper from the state of Kerala in southern India. We utilize a method called Super-critical-fluid-extraction in which we use CO₂ gas as the agent to extract the purest extracts.
