grapes are harvested at the coolest time of the day, which helps to keep the fruit as cool as possible. the grape clusters are hand-selected by our trained pickers from the pre-selected farms to assure quality and traceability. grapes are collected and stored in a shaded area until transferred to a centralize fruit packing center where grape clusters are trimmed to remove damaged and non-uniform berries while trying to retain a natural shape to the bunch. grapes are packed in either plastic bags or clamshells that allow protection as well as airflow. the packs are then placed in a line for pre-cooling before dispatching to the port while maintaining the cold supply chain. varieties of indian grapes white grapes: thompson, sonaka, super sonaka, rk, ssn, clone, ganesh, arra-15 red grapes: flame, crimson, arra-19 black grapes: sharad, nanasaheb purple, jambo, arra-32
