I3200 printhead with 3200 nozzles(8*400), printing speed can reach 26-33 sqm/h (4PASS without feather).And DX5 printhead only 1440 nozzles (8 *180),printing speed is about 13-16 sqm/h in same printing mode. So i3200 head speed is much higher. 2) Resolution. I3200 printhead adopts TFP technology, smallest droplet is 2.5pl, variable dots technology, can ensure perfect high resolution printing effect. And DX5 head with 3.5pl droplet. 3) Application. I3200 printhead with three models such as I3200-A1,I3200-E1 and I3200-U1.They are available for water-based ink, eco-solvent ink, solvent ink sublimation ink, UV ink, pigment ink, which can be widely used in printing industry. 4) Lifespan and Cost. Both two heads with 1-3 years lifespan but the DX5 price is higher than I3200-A1. Maybe this is also a important reason to show that why people prefer I3200 printhead much.
