Display : The G3 kadet HMIS feature widescreen displays with dimensions of 4.3 inches or 7 inches. Offering 32k colors from a tft backlit lcd display, and three front panel led indicators for easy visibility to HMI status, the G3 kadet is easy view in all environments.
Connectivity : Red lion's G3 kadet HMIS feature one 10/100base-t(x) ethernet port, one RS-232 and one RS-422/485 serial interfaces. The 7 inch model provides an additional RS-422/485 serial port. The ethernet port supports up to four protocols simultaneously for easy communication to and from multiple vendor devices at once and also supports serial to ethernet conversion.

They can manage multiple-vendor applications and provide the ability to network-enable existing equipment.
