Function of Rotary Union is to handle transfer of media such as Water, Steam, Air, or Oil from Stationery to Rotating equipment like Drums or indexing table which are widely used in Paper Mills, Printing, Rubber, Plastic and processing Industries. The most efficient way to connect the steam supply to rotating unit is by way of Steam Nozzle using carbon Seal Ring.

Carbon is preferred material due to resistance to higher temperature sustainability and self-Lubricating properties and has excellent resistance to wear against good counter face material and beds in rapidly and does not score or wear the counter face material. Carbon being a high strength material with light weight is preferred.

Carbon in Resin Impregnated grade as well as Antimony Impregnated Grade can be used and We use Carbon Imported from Germany which has consistency in manufacturing quality of carbon Over Local Source.
